Balance Patch’s commitment to your safety during COVID-19

We have always taken customer safety and comfort as our top priority. Please know that we are continuing our previous practices of:

  • Completely disinfecting every user station after each use with disinfecting wipes. Including:

    • Chairs

    • Monitors

    • Keyboards

    • Mice

    • Headphones

    • Desk surfaces

  • Ensuring our bathrooms are checked and cleaned regularly throughout the day

  • Following strict food service guidelines on cleaning, sanitation of surfaces and utensils as well as hand washing and disinfecting

  • Providing of hand sanitizer stations for customers and employees throughout our space

In addition we:

  • Added polycarbonate dividers between all individual stations

  • Added polycarbonate dividers around cash registers and customer points of contact

  • Spaced our seating to insure six feet of distancing between individual setups, groups and dining tables

  • Require masks and gloves for all employees

  • Require masks for all customers entering the space

  • Added floor signs to ensure six feet of distancing at front desk and café

  • Provide sanitary, disposable headphone and microphone covers to customers upon entering

  • Added signage regarding social distancing in floor area and hand washing in restrooms

  • Test all employees temperature at the beginning of their shift

  • Instituted regular sanitizing of common touchpoints included door handles and railings throughout the day

  • Posted all State and City requirements and our adherence to those rules
